David has been with Horizon Engineering since 1997 and acquired the
company in 2008. He served three years as the General Manager and
almost eight years as a Field Technician and Team Leader. David began
his career source testing in the early 90s after earning a B.S. in
Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has tested
over a thousand sources domestically and internationally and has been
a member of the Source Evaluation Society since 1994 earning Qualified
Source Test Individual (QSTI) recognition for Basic Knowledge and
Manual Particulate Sampling Methods, Manual Gas Source Sampling
Methods & Instrumental Methods.
